If my new braided brake lines have the fitting to work directly, do I need to use the banjo bolts?

Not sure i understand what you mean. Banjo bolts are a requirement in order to get brake fluid to the caliper.

Well... if it threads into the bolt hole and doesn't leak, AND you can get the wheels on, I can't see why not.If my new braided brake lines have the fitting to work directly, do I need to use the banjo bolts?
x3??

sorry, could not resist the temptation.
You're supposed to use the banjo setup so you will be able curse at seemingly too long banjo bolts or leaky copper washers just like everyone else.![]()
