This is exactly why I would never buy a radiator from any online company.. It is too much headache and hassle to buy something like that from somebody across the country when you have to return it.. If you buy local you can return it and have it replaced before you can even get the online company on the phone..
There was another thread not too long ago that I posted in where I said the same thing.. Maybe it will save somebody else the headaches and hassle this guy went thru..

Also there was a few people that reccomended this same company that now seems a few people in thread had trouble with too..
