I went through something similar last summer. I filed a complaint with the post office for mail order fraud. They put the whammy on the company, I was impressed with the results!

Yea that sucks dude as for their remark " that I have become contentious and have posted a notice on the Internet that could be considered libelous". I would say I welcome the law suite and be more than glad to see you in court. This is a typical ploy to intimidate you into backing off.

Also not to be accused of hijacking this....... If you buy something off eBay and it is shipped to you by an individual with U.P.S. be sure that they list you as the shipper too! If you have to file a claim for damages on the item U.P.S they will only discuss the claim payment with the shipper and they send the money to them. I just got screwed by someone that way and pay pal said sorry it does not meet their protection policy.

I'm Doug Lu Allen saying if some one wrongs you don't get mad take them to court! or something like that.

Thanx for that information. ALMOST used them but now use craigslist.com FREE advertising. To try it read my ad (craigslist of San Francisco under

'auto/trucks for sale" then proceed by typing in Jimmy under "search" at the top of the page. Craigslist is free all over the country and you can probably find any and all of your parts or at least put in "wanted ads" Bowtie Don
