A 1995 cummins 2500 dodge with a d60/70 combo would have the less desirable ball joint/closed knuckle d60, correct?

they haven't made closed knuckle dana 60s since I believe the early 70s.

95 cummins would have a coil sprung(first issue), balljoint(ick), central axle disconnect(triple ick), and hubless(EWW) axle. All around they are junk IMO. My buddy has a 98 that he is planning to build a custom kingpin Dana 60 to replace the stock axle.\

Rear could be a Dana 80 if its the heavy duty setup.
