Does anyone have a good weight estimate for a '73-'75 Hardtop?

I just got under it and stood on the scales, minus my weight and hey presto.

That works.

The earlier top will be a little more effort to balance but I have done it when removing the top alone.
Anyway all this discussion still doesn't give him the answer:
Anyone weigh the early full top yet?

Just easier to balance it on two instead of one.

Well the way I figure it, it'll still be hanging from the 4 points of my pulley hoist so it'll never really be in danger of tipping or falling...or...I could put the scale on the floor of the cargo area and weigh it from there too...

i know that they are really heavy, just put mine back on. but i think my owners manual has the weight. i'll check it in the tommorrow.
