Does anyone have any pics of their installation of the NWF 3 stick cable shifters? I have read many thread on guys who have said that they have installed them, issues they have, and solutions to those issues, but not a lot of pics out there. I am about to install mine next week, and was hoping there were some basic instructions floatin around out there. I have calls into NWF to get some from them, but have not been able to get through to them yet.

thanks in advance

good luck with that....

I've been waiting since the beginning of dec for my shifter parts.... and i STILL dont have all the parts.... the parts are nice, company sucks...

tried to call every day last week and all I get is a busy signal.... get a freakin secretary dude.....

Agreed with NWF sucking. I also had to wait quite awhile on parts. Im in the middle of setting them up right now. I will try and snap some pics soon as I get more work done on it. It is tricky to install as there isnt a lot of room and you have to tighten things in a certain order. I mounted everything up loosely and had to modify several parts.

No help on the instructions, but I have been able to get through later in the day a couple of times.

Not that it really matters if you get through....promised some parts would ship in a week over a month ago. Finally got through to them 2 weeks after the originally promised shipping date, still hadn't shipped and were going out in a few days. Haven't checked back to see if they shipped yet.

Good luck Diggy

Got my parts (1 day after posting this). UPS charged me a $47 "brokerage" fee. Guess that will teach me to buy parts from Canada.

I went through all the problems you guys are describing a year ago with my triple shifters and in '08 with my 203/205 doubler parts. Two products ordered with two big screw ups, there won't be a third time for me. I'm done ordering from NWF.

When I bought my stuff everything looked good but I kept breaking the cables, kyle says they have better ones now, I must have gotten the $HIT batch! Im still short one cable! I also broke the doubler adapter which was partially my fault because I didn't have the 205 supported. Its good now I retapped and helicoiled the threads

Yea they had some problems with cables, that was before I ordered mine though. My 205 is supported too :D

Ya my 205 is clocked up 4" so I'm having some trouble finding a place to support it. I made a spacer that helps hold the two pieces of the adapter together down lower. So that helps as well.

OK, here is what I recieved. I have a 203/205 2" up rotation doubler. Did anyone else do an inventory to know if my kit looks complete?

Also here is every picture I could find of assembled & installed NWF cable shifters. Unfortunately, the transfer cases are not all the same. None the less, at least the pics are in one spot.

As you can see, the pics are few and far between. I am putting in PM's to the owners of some of those trucks to try and get better and/or a more complete set of pics.

What exactly would you like to see? I got mine installed last weekend, both the 203 and 205 front output shift nicely, the 205 rear output shifts hard

1st - I am trying to figure out if I have all the parts (others have said their's is incomplete)

2nd - any pics of a start to finish assembly. I have read there is a certain order to build it and or tighten the assembly. I don't see why but if it is true, I want to do it the right way.

3rd - do you have any ideas as to why the one cable is tough to shift? any solutions to that problem yet?

it's a hella lot more complete than my twinstick kit looked.. did you get the boot?

No I didn't, so far it looks like the boots and top cover plate is missing.
