dome light blowing fuses

i know this question has probably been asked a million times, but i did a search for this and i couldnt find anything. my dome light/horn fuse keeps blowing all the way from 10-30 and as soon as i put the fuse in it pops...ive looked for split wires and cant find any...any other suggestions?

Did you have the horn button open? The dome lamp bulb may have pooped shorted.
