Don’t tell Wife how much this is gonna cost

Started with 84 Jimmy only 70k original miles, put on lift kit, new tires, 383 stroker, Bow tie Overdrives 700R4, Fitech fuel injection, Yukon gear axles. Still tuning fitech, took a bit to get tranny shifting right. Wish I’d done some research before the 700R4 with 4.56 gears- just too low. Need bigger tires now to get ratio down.

I put in Yukon Gear 4.56 Heavy Duty gears axles etc. Bow tie Overdrives 700R4 and a 383 stroker supposed to be putting out 450 Horse but I’m not sure, it is fast but I don’t think it is 450 Horse fast! I put 33 inch Dick Cepek tires on the original rims and had them powder coated. Now just need to get everything dialed in and start on interior and paint!

On the 4.56 gears, How many RPS are you turning at highway speeds (65 - 75 range)? I'm deciding between 4.11 and 4.56 and have similar size tires. Running a 4L80e.

there only about 200 rpm difference at 65 between 4.10 (mid 1900) and 4.56 (mid 2100), I run about 2250 with 32" with 4.56 at 65
4.56 at 75 2503
4.10 at 75 2250
