There is a dimple in the upper door frame that is counter sunk for a screw that holds the vent window. Is there a tool to make this dimple in the door frame?

Dimple die . . But i dont recall seeing small ones this size for sale .
A 3/8ths ball bearing and a hammer. Hold the ball bearing with a pair of needle nose vice grips, give her a little love tap, repeat until you get desired dimple.
Center punch. Drill the hole small first. dimple, then drill the correct size.
Do you know what the size of the dimple die would be?

It doesn't seem like you could get the female collet inside the door frame to work the tool.
