Door Disconects

I did the door quick pin deal and the first time out I scraped the side in a ravine and the pin never worked again! I don't think I'll ever do that again.

can you somehow figger up a quick disconnect mirror? like that would go in the top hinge or somethin? that would be cool.

Old motorcycle mirror bolted up perfectly in mine

I bought a cheap mirror from PepBoys. I remove the bolt for my fender, stick the mirror behind it and bolt it back up. Takes 2 seconds.

I never would have guessed that your current doors were cheapo replacements...

Only Driver's side Is, the truck used to have the Tripod mirrors on it, and some one ran into the mirror and Dent the Door up so bad that it couldnt be repaired, so when my uncle got the truck repainted he got a after market door

Thats Why the truck is rust free My uncle is good friends with the origanal owner

I dont know there was no rust holes but there was some surface rust.

there is some rust by the exausht pipe I gotta repair, its not to bad but I gotta fix it before it gets worse

I know for a fact that this truck has been rockcrawlin' there is a couple of nice dents in the passenger side rocker because my uncle doesnt like the look of rocksliders

What's that dark spot on the white part in front of the rear fender opening in the second pic...

give him a break on that one. looks like some minor battle damage that developed surface rust. 15 minutes with some steel wool and touchup paint and he's set. my rockers used to have a place or two like that.

Not giving him a hard time, just wanted to know what it was. Pretty sure it a was a bit of rust but could have been tar or something.
