Double Beadlock Wheels

My wheels are in.

How many days to delivery: 80 days or 11 weeks
Quality level of welds: Very very good.
Quality level of paint: I got the power coating.
Quality level of accuracy: I got the rims I ordered.
Customer service quality: He was alwas very up beat on the phone, but I did not like the fact that he kept telling me that they would be ready the next week and not show up. In other words I felt lied to.
The quality of the build looks to be very good. In other words they should last forever. The art work in the centers is what I would call a little sloppy, but I understand that this is a new laser cutter.
Here is a couple of pics.

In the end here let me say, I got what I asked for at a good price. That was a set of double beadlocks. I also know if there is ever a problem with these rims he will fix them.
I also put one of the inserts in one of my 44's. It went in quite easy, and took about 2 sec to put it in!!!!!. Last weekend I helped out Eric put his H-1 runflats and it took a lot of work and I had to use a Rachat strap, and tire spoons, plus both of us on each tire. I just placed it in the tire and use my foot to push it in!! Very easy!.

usa6x6 rules in my book

My first and definately not last experience with these guys was great. I ordered wheel centers on thursday and recieved them the following thursday. the centers were great and went into the wheels easily and precisely.
I could not be more happy. Here is my centers painted up. Yes I know im missing a stud. I meant to put that back in before taking the pictures.
Please dont be hard on me or critical. Im on a tight budget and these centers hit the spot. yes...I cut out the center of the H! rims with a torch....its either free or $20-40 a rim for someone else to do it. You decide :)
I dont have a big lathe...so the next best thing was the torch.
Thanks USA 6x6!

No major gripes yet, but I am still waiting... We finalized the deal on 9/26 and agreed the wait time would be about one week since they only needed to be sandblasted, equipped with lighweight inserts and shipped. My payment was placed that day and was finalized on 10/3 so I haven't been waiting for too long I suppose. I was hoping to have these done so I can hit Paragon on 10/22 but it doesn't look like that's happening. I doubt I could have gotten a trailer ride up there and I know I would have busted something to boot.

Here are some pictures of the wheels I'm supposed to be getting after they are sandblasted.

Looks like so far most everyone is pleased with the product, customer service seems to be the hang up. Well I still have some time before I can order my wheels, but I like the product and plan to order some from you soon.

I talked with Steve and now have a vendorship for Double beadlocks. The reason I applied here is I want an Honest feedback system for specific customers.

We offer 15, 16, 16.5, 17, and 20" Civilian Double beadlocks. We also offer 20" military double beadlocks as well.

The system Steve and I approved was a feed back system like ebay.
You make an order and post the following:
When ordered:
How many days to delivery:
Quality level of welds:
Quality level of paint:
Quality level of accuracy.
Customer service quality:

I need that from you and in return you get 10% off all prices if you say your from here. Or Free shipping whichever is more for you. Our prices are already the lowest in the industry.

Follow this link for more details:http://www.usa6x6.com/products_and_services/beadlock_wheels.html

This applies to hummer double beadlocks as well.
The following pictures are 5 examples of welding quality and some styles we make.

UPDATE: I recieved my wheels today and will post pictures when I can.

Days to deliver: 25 days after payment was finalized
Quality of welds: very good
Quality of paint: sandblasted
Quality of accuracy: Excellent, way beyone my expectations! Used wheels including ultralight inserts, apears to be new nuts and studs, sandblasted and fully welded. I also recieved new o-rings and valve stems as well as a USA6x6 decal.
Customer service: Good. This was my first time dealing with USA6x6 and I found the communication excellent at first but once my payment was made I didn't recieve any responses to questions about the delivery date. My parts arrived later than I expected but they were in excellent packaging and the quality of worksmanship was beyond what I paid for. I am very pleased with the products I recieved and I would reccomend USA6x6 to anyone who wants a quality product at a great price.

Very funny Guys! :D
show the welds.... they look like crap but they are HUGE!

Just braced wheels
Backyard bent (so called pressed) wheels are VERY unaccurate( i get calls often about them being crooked)
These are braced...
