Hey Guys, I have a 91 K5 I'm putting back together. I can't figure out where this wire plugs in. It's about 5ft long coming out from behind the fuse box. Both wires on the plug are black and white. One is flipped around from the other. There's no power to either wire so I'm at a loss. I attached photos. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Wiring diagrams can be found here: https://ck5.com/forums/threads/1991-gm-technical-manuals.348585/

One black with white stripe and one black wires go to the safety belt retractor switch as @90GMCJim stated.

The 4x4 indicator switch has either one black/one white wire or one brown/one white wire depending on if you have rear wheel anti-lock brakes.

I finally had a chance to look at it and it does go to the safety belt. Thanks for all the replies. You guys rock!
