so I have a NV4500 to 203/205 doubler got it all in and drive shafts and now I’ve got a problem. (I’ve never driven a doubler setup before this is all new to me just a disclaimer lol)

So the problem is I’m all rpm and no go rear is in high 203 is in high all my neutrals are set properly just kinda beating me up right now maybe I’m doing something stupid ... ? Help thanks .

:dunno: still on jack stands  can you hear any gears growling like there moving but just no power out ?

thats a weird one for sure . did you maybe forget a shift collar or miss align one with a fork ?

pop the pto covers and try and find what box is not flowing power . the 203 will drop the oil tho . but the 205 should hold its oil still .

No on the ground , it wouldn’t go if wasn’t in the right gears there’s only high low and N all seem to work if either of them didn’t it wouldn’t move ... so I re did the wireing in this truck also but there’s nothing in the comp that would let the motor run at higher rpm and not output the same right ? Super frustrated ...

Your post says it isn’t moving? “All rpm and no go”

Does the clutch disengage the trans like it should? You know if it’s in low, it’ll go really slow at really high RPM? I assume you know that but best to be sure. ;)

Your right I’m sorry it’s moving just like it’s in low low or something.

Yes I know that much lol maybe that’s a good thought .

So I f-ed up and put my clutch disc in backwards and it was slipping alot. Made a hell of a noise also though.

Oh, so you think it’s in high but it’s acting like it’s in low? I assume you tried switching into low and make sure things aren’t just backwards?
Yes I tried that too definitely lower but still same outcome

What did it sound like was it constant or only when the pedal was applied

Any of the ORD guys help would be appreciated

I think I’m just over thinking it maybe it’s just that 1st gear is so low I’m not used to it .

my th400 / 4.10 / 33" tires low - low - 1st at 700 rpm idle will do 1.2-1.4 mph on my garmin gps . let her shift up to 3rd and do around 3k rpm is maybe 12-15 mph ish if i push it .
