I have a doubler already, and after having gone through the PITA factor, the real cost etc etc I would do it different if I were going to do it again. I'd order an Atlas, or a Stak and call it done. Better gearing, more variety, lighter, shorter and about the same money. About the same money if you compare it the way I do...the only used part in my 205 was the case, the only used part of the 203 was the case, new triple stick shifters, upgraded to 32 spline through and through, 1410 yokes. This I think compares to a completely new T-case like a Stak or an Atlas.
Don't get me wrong, the doubler is a cool set-up and is a proven thing, and I have every intention of keeping mine, running it and being quite happy with it. Just saying if you're looking for deeper gears the Atlas and the Stak deserve a good long look too.
