Drive shaft

The original driveshaft on my 73 (with only 2" lift) is showing "excessive" wear on the splines. Refurbish, replace?

How much to replace? (maybe heavier duty? Never know what the future will hold.)

I replaced mine with one from Tom Wood's. Cost about $300 and is beautifully built.

both of those companies make very nice products. If you go with a heavier duty shaft you will also need to upgrade your pinion and transmission yokes so the larger u-joints will fit.
