Just install rear zero rate from ORD. Pinion looks to be even with transfer case. Looks like maybe more drive shaft is hanging out of transfer case. How much shaft should be in the transfer case. Gonna pull shaft tomorrow and check u joints.
Don't really want to drop transfer case, but will if that's the fix.
What have you guys ran into. Did not think a 1 inch lift would do this.

Yes a have searched,

Thank you

Shim the pinion about 1* below directly at the tcase output.

Also it would help to know what you're working on and how much lift it already had prior to adding the zero rate.

Yep, one inch lift won't affect anything if it is stock height. But if it is not, I am inclined to think that it is extended too far out.

I installed the zero rate in center pin hole(no axle movement) should I have moved the axle forward 1 inch?

Found it guys. The rear ujoints were toast. Pretty sure it's supposed to have needle bearings instead of dust:eek1:.
Thanks for y
The fast responses.
