Driver side np205 to passenger side

I currently run a 350/205 combo and need a new tranny. I found a th400/205 combo, but the t-case is drivers side (guy says its out of a van?)

so I was wondering if I can take parts out of this one and put them in my 205 to make it work with the 400? If so (it seems possible) what would I need to swap?

driver side 205? only place that came was a Ford. Are you sure its a TH400? did you look at it?

Quigley (or other) 4x4 van conversions used driver's side drop diffs.

You could swap the input gear into your existing 205 with a case bore, but it wouldn't bolt up to the adapter you have.
