I just got a new transfer case with my tranny and it's a slip yoke so i needed a new rear shaft. I opted for a front CV in the rear shaft. my question is- if i get the slip yoke eliminator kit can i reuse that CV joint? It was $160 for a brand new 3" tube, new 1350 rear yoke and joint, and 2 year old 1310 CV joint with new slip yoke. all parts are spicers and that's assembly and balancing.

Can't help you on the SYE as I run a 205, but the price for the shaft sounds reasonable.
