I have SRW 1 ton stuff and a buddy of mine told me that the stock spacing on the H1's will fit on DRW axles with no mods. So I should be able to put the DRW hubs up front on my 60 but what to do about the rear? He said there is some kind of spacer adapter thing that will allow them to recess under the truck like the axle was shorter or something. Is there any truth to any of this and would converting them be cheaper than sending them off to be recentered? Thanks for any help or info.

I know there's at least one who is running spacers all around. I think its readymix. I know DRW hubs will work on stock h1's. for the rear, you can go spacers or swap to a d70hd with srw hubs on it.

I'm running a DRW 60 and a van width 14 bolt. I would like spacers (2.5-3") to kick the rear wheels out a bit more though. Have a 6" lift and only 36" tires. The concern is when you flex with taller tires they may contact the inner fender and chew them up.

I accidentally posted my response in that other thread.:doah: I appreciate the link though and I'll have to PM him to get more info. Thanks.

My truck after my buildup will probably not be street friendly, but are there any safety/trail concerns with running a wheel spacer?

Im running a DRW D60 and a van width 14ff. My 42s do touch quite a bit in the rear when flexed. I just got a set of 2" spacers for the rear just havent had time to put them on so Ill post up with results soon. As for the spacers they are fine they just need a bit more carefull eye. Check them regularly and you will be fine.

I run 2" spacers at all 4 corners with a SRW 60 and SRW 14FF. The front clears the tie rod by around an inch. I could neasure if needed.

On the rear you can mount a H1 wheel without a spacer but it makes the rear axle look like it belongs under a Jeep. With the 2" spacers the center of the wheel is flush with the axle shaft flange. I think it looks cool like that.

I got my spacers from Offroad Overstock, A vendor here on CK5. I think they were $140 per pair, and I recieved them in around 4-5 days. One of the sets I got from them had an issue that has been resolved and shouldn't affect anyone in the future. I told them about the issue and a new set was shipped out to me that day with return shipping included for the bad set. Great customer service.

I have a little over 4,000 miles on my spacers so far with no issues at all. I have checked them twice just to be sure though.

Hey since you have my same basic set up you got any pics of how far out the tire stick? Any flexed pics?

What size tire you running- 42 x XX x 16.5?

What size lift you running?

What is your rear suspension comprised of? Flip, add a leaf, all spring etc?

Sorry for the hi jack fellers!:doah:

i have a set of DRW hubs for the front i'd be more than willing to trade you for the SRW hubs that you have to save you the cost of spacers. I'll pay shipping on my end, if you like hit me up [email protected] or on AIM eightyfourz28

Fronts- Stock H1s will hit the knuckle where the tre connects. There is a solution- cut that part of the knuckle off and use a crossover/hi steer arm from northwestfab. Theirs relocates the TRE in so it will clear. You are left with you hub sticking out pretty good though.

Rear- I believe someone all ready addressed this part. You can physically bolt them on a pick up/sub 14 bolt but with larger tires and flexing you will rub the inner fenders pretty good. That and it'll look silly being that narrow. Your best bet would be to recenter them.
