Are you talking about the 35x10.5" SSR? They are essentially the radial version of the Q78.
I had Q78s on my truck before I ran the 9.00R16. They spec at 35.5x10.8". That's only 1" width difference, but the Q78 is a 2580# tire so it squats a whole bunch more than the 3500# Michelin. I plan to put them on 7" wheels when I decide to run them again.
Either tire fits on my F350 with no lift. I had 33x10.5" on my 1-ton V3500 with not lift. I figure 4" lift should be about right for 35's.
EDIT: You are probably okay with the 235s until you load it up really good.
