all you need to do is get rotor set on hub unit. then press in 8 studs. then repet for other unit.
but might be faster and easyer like you want to open box and install.

Can you clarify this a little bit for me? If I get a set of rotors for a srw D60 and 16 studs can I just press it all together? Is there a piece that goes between the rotor and the hub? (it looks like it in the picture)
3 basic things make up a hub/rotor unit.
1 rotor + 1 bearing/hub unit + 8 studs + set rotor on hub unit and press in the studs and you get a hub/rotor unit like in the pics.
fyi tho if you are thinking of 15" rims on a 60 front. if you are buying rotors now is the time to do a 3/4 ton rotor and brake caliper bracket swap. thay have kits for dana 60 to run a 3/4 ton rotor and new caliper plate bracket and use 3/4 ton calipers. this lets you run vary comon 15x10 rims with 4.25 backspacing . this would save you over the rare expensive 15x10 2.50 backspace rims.
