I found one on craigslist from a 400/th350 and was wondering if it will bolt to my 400/465?

nope, the th350 cover is contoured to the bottom of the tranny bellhousing. The SM465's is a flat piece of sheet metal that bolts to the front of the bellhousing at the bottom.

Should'nt be too hard to cut one out. I went out to get you a pic but the camera was dead. I'll charge it up for a while & try to get a pic for you tonight.
