dust shield seal behind front wheel bearing 2wd 83 C10

So been working on wife's 67 C10 and got the suspension installed want to installed wheel bearing and rotors but there is a flat circle rubber seal behind wheel bearing and there in rough shape. Has 83 front cross member with brakes,control arms etc....

Where can I find them? Some call them dust shield seals. Here is a picture i pulled off the net.

In the picture it is called gasket. truly needed?best I could do.

I don't know where you can get them, didn't look. I haven't seen them on the few 2wd trucks that I have worked on.
My '72 doesn't have them, though.
I would bet that it is to try and keep junk away from the wheel seal.
 
Not going to super worry as I can always pull rotors back off and replace the seal. Just need to get this rolling to do other work on it.
