Anyone try these out yet? They are about $6 a pop, but supposedly are pretty damn good. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them and recommends them. Thanks

probaly still gonna find that nothing can really beat the ac delcos in my books.. most of those kinda plugs are for motors with weak ignition systems not a chevy 350.

Hmm that would make sense that the show Horsepower tried them on a Ford smallblock and got +8hp and +15lb/ft of torque with them, plus lower emissions :thumb: Stupid fords need all the help they can get. I was just thinking of trying them, have always ran Ac Delcos in my blazer thus far though.

Actually, the plug test was on a chevy ls7. The ford motor was the build feature for the give away mustang they're building...And it was no slouch.

Naturally aspirated, pump gas, 500+ horsepower, torque curve from hell - all from 347 cubes.... That's the kind of stupid I can live with....:wink1:

I have had good luck with the splitfire plugs. I'll readily admit that alot of these plugs seem to be hocus pocus.

The engine I had these in burnt a decent amount of oil and several plugs would foul out in fairly short order. The splitfire plugs extended the length between plug changes by quite a bit.

For an engine in good working order I don't think they do nearly as much good as they'd have you believe.

My friend tried some in his 04 silverado. above 4500 rpm it would pop and miss real bad. went back with acdelco and no more popping and missing.

I plan on keeping ac or ngk plugs in my truck. Always had good results with either brand and I dont have $50 to try a new set of plugs.

$6 per plug????? PT Barnum was right " There is a sucker born every minute"
Seems like someone always has a gimmic to part you from your money.

my view on em, im sure they're good, the theory behind them is sound, but are they $6 per plug good is the question. for $6 per plug they better give me a 5mpg boost, 10hp, and a blowjob.

I think the box states "Blow jobs not included." :D

Not that I have bought them recently but when I had, they were only 2.50 - 3 each.

I have never seen them for as much as you guys are stating.
