I checked into it a little, there are people that have converted older vehicles. Other than making sure the fuel system can handle that high of a percent of alcohol without deteriorating, the carburator or fuel injection has to be modified to deliver more fuel as your engine will run too lean on E85. Possibly some timing adjustments also, but more fuel seemed to really be the key. We only have one local station selling it and I don't have any personal experience with it but most people are reporting lower fuel mileage, so that offsets some of the savings from the lower price.

yeah 85% Ethanol 15% Gas do a search there was a post i had a few weeks ago about it
