I can pick up a paint ready hood and stock roll bar from a '75 blazer for probably real cheap. I need to strip crappy paint off my hood on my 91 Jimmy and do a little body work on it so I figured if the '75 hoods fits and it's as strong it would save time and effort.

How about the 75 roll bar? Would it need much fab to fit? I have plasma and welder access, and it look like I could cut off the kicker leg plate and refit to go up on the "Step" under back seat. Is the floor lower on my 91 - thereby making the hoop too low? (I do want it up against the roof).

Thanks in Advance

Simple answers; No and No.
The 75 hood "can" fit but would require you to basicly swap out the entire front clip to match.

The roll bar would sit a good bit lower in your 91 because of the floor drop, plus, they are really not much of a "roll bar" as far as safety would be concerned.
