Eastern US Help Needed

A brother of ours is in need of some help right now. Azblazer has a '79 K5 that needs to have the bushings in the rear spring shackles replaced--they are metal on metal right now. Does anyone know of a shop between or around Unionville and Morgantown WV that they would recommend for such service??

If he wasn't 4+ hrs south of me I do it for him.
I don't know of any shops in that area ,hopefully someone closer can help.

Could he find a new/used shackle somewhere to get the rig home and make a more permanent fix when he gets back?
