x2 @ his money expenseI like Bent's method for finding the best FI system.
Step 1...research all the brands
Step 2...narrow the search using all the critical info, features, cost benefit analysis, anecdotal customer feedback.
Step 3...buy every system made, one at a time.
Unorthodox, but thorough!![]()

Yes, easy , however reading through the small booklet helps. You will want to read how to get into the advanced settings after you run it a while. I still don't know how well it will start in the lower temperatures now, but all that I had to do last time was touch the pedal lightly. It has pulled fuel out of it on the long term trim, and I haven't added much back for cold enrichment yet.
So I just tired demo mode. It isn't near as fun when you don't get to hear or feel the change in the engine!i am not super tech of a guy so should i try and find my own tablet and hope its o.k. quality and function or just spend the 100 bucks extra and get the acer tablet with the pro flo 4 kit ?
i was hoping to play with the program in demo mode before i purchased the unit .
I too use it more for other things than the FI.I bought my own tablet, I use it more for internet access at home vs playing with the injection. But my buddy used it a good part of the afternoon yesterday while riding, and liked the size. I bought a 9.7" Samsung.
By myself, the my phone is easier to watch, sitting on the dash. So @Bent77 and I were discussing how maybe the 7" tablet COULD possibly be a nice size. Keep in mind that I have bucket seats, and no holder for the tablet.
I never tried demo mode. I honestly feel that you have little to worry about. The initial setup is easy, and after that, it's simple to change settings, ask questions here and of Edelbrock, go back, whatever.
