No. Q-jet was used on the Pontiac I6's (250's?) up to 500 Cadillacs, only two stock sizes.
Remember though, the 750/800 is *potential* flow. Later on the Q-jet secondaries could and were SEVERELY restricted both by valve opening angle and pencil shaped secondary metering rods. Both can easily be overcome, but more than likely on many of the later stock Q-jets, 600-650CFM is probably an accurate guess, if not less.
