Hello all,
I converted my 78 Blazer over to the F.A.S.T EFI system a couple years ago. I got the system off of a running, driving and well performing hot rod with a small block. Someone placed a 402 big block in my truck and some point in it's past but I figured it wouldn't have any issues. I basically mirrored the whole system including the in tank fuel pump and everything minus 1 glaring difference. The small block my system came off of had a regular distributor with a MSD box ignition system. My truck uses HEI with the signal wire running through this RPM module before being sent to the EFI System. My truck has been hit or miss since I installed this system on it and I'm thinking it's related to the use of the RPM module as apposed to a MSD box. Has anyone had similar issues or have any idea's if taking the time, effort, and money to switch distributors and everything else associated would be worth it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
