On the knuckle, does the tie rod go in from the top or bottom?

The 8" shackles are sold, 4.5" still available. The towers and spacers can go in a flat rate box together:
$20 for towers
$5 for spacers
$10.35 for flat rate box

so the total would be:

I didn't see it with the tie rod, but the tapered hole is wider at the top.

Yes I still have the eldorado calipers. Each one has a spring loaded lever on it that the parking brake cable attaches to. Is that the bracket you mean?
