can you find cable ones anywhere for cheaper? 100 bucks for a pair is still a little pricy for me (17 yr old student w/ crappy job)

edit*** also with the cable one, if you pull to open.... how do u close it... most cables dont like pushing, jsut pulling.... im wondering if you have to climb under and do it urself..?

Think of a manual choke, actuated by a cable.

On a truck, the cable actuated ones might be a cheaper/more reliable solution for other ppl that don't alreay have one....

i had a pair of those on one of my old cars. didnt like them. dont seal for nothin. sounds like you got a bad leak in your system when closed. when open they just sound like your mufflers are about to fall off. nothing close to what open headers sound like.

those electric ones are pretty sweet. looks like they might seal better than the cable ones.
