I looking for an engine builder in the San Diego area to build me a smog legal 383. Anyone have an ideas?

Are you looking for a shop, for help or ? Building it streel legal won't be too difficult and the bottom ends are available through quite a few manufacturers which can be cheaper than building it part by part. I used HDS in San Marcos (good work) and Wilsons Machine Works in Encintas to get all my machining done. The parts specs, selection through speed-O-Motive and assembly I performed myself stroking my 400 to a 415ci, and passing smog as a 350ci.
