exhaust fumes gettin to me

Here's my recent experience.... I have flows going straight out the back and I went mudding/hill climbing this weekend and crunched my left rear pipe trying to going up a steep muddy hill. When I backed up the tail pipe got full of mud and then.... As far as the rear wing, It didn't work for me, After adjusting it at different angles... It does nothing to get rid of the fumes....
I'm going to re-do the tail pipes to go behind the rear tires...

Right now I have my pipes neatly tucked in on each side of the tank guard. The exhaust system is really sweet, but if you can't breathe it's not much fun. I just about exphixiated half of my daughters soccer team. The only way I see to take it out the side and miss the springs is 90 degree bends just before getting to the bumper. Hate to do it. I tried running with the tail gate down, no effect.

I have duals exiting behind the rear wheels with a shackle flip. The tips angle down and to the rear of the vehicle. Yes, the 90* turn before exiting eats some of the low sound, but I would rather have that than watering eyes. With the rear window down, I get some fumes, but only when driving. Side windows only down is no problem at all. Top off is no problem. But even top on and all windows down isn't too bad, just enough to make you notice it. The worst place is actually to be the car behind me!

It works just fin out the side with the flip. Where it comes out is up to the guy bending the pipe. My exhaust comes under the frame right behind the bump stop bracket and exits right behind the rear tires. I put an exhaust hanger off the inner fender bolt. Just got my exhaust done yesterday..check it at the link below on page #2. No fumes...and gained more power /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
