Exhaust ideas help please

Looking for exhaust ideas on routing the exhaust out the rear corners of my K5
Going over my axles like most is not an option due to my shock amounting
I have seen somewhere that someone had ram it outside the frame
I have a 6” lift and one tons
My shocks mount like this on the rear axle / \ and when It’s twisted they hit

No, they were fine. That pic was taken before I cut them down.
