Exhaust recommendations please

There are plenty of arguments that a single pipe can make as much power as duals due to scavenging effects. I run duals but the fitment was tough and I am not really happy with the clearance by the front tcase yoke. Use what fits. I used a speedway universal 2 1/2" weld up kit. I think I will just have a shop bend one up next time it was a pain to make all the cuts and weld it up. Sounds good though.

That would be my concern with the long tube. Drop it down past the shackle to smash it on the rocks, then route the pipe all the way back up to the floor board to clear the cases.

Short header eliminates some of that. There's no perfect alignment on this either way, some compromise

I am running factory manifolds so that helped a bit with fitment. Long tubes can be a real issue depending on the brand.

That looks like a recipe for the passenger to have hot feet! But it does clear the shackle! It looks like you could benefit from a "W" crossmember, possibly?
