im bored so here is mine. its also in my build thread.
it's 2 in black iron(oh no im gonna die
). i kept it tight to the truck, it is only a few inches wider than stock at the doors to kick trees and rocks away from opening. the cage does touch in a few places but it was built as tight as possible. the whole cage a tacked and then fully welded and painted off the truck. then welded to frame. now for some pics

Search for "bboy", he had the nicest full exo I've ever seen. He had a thread here in the garage waaaaay back.

used a hydro exhaust bender. according to some i did it all wrong. but with grease and slow bends i didnt get much kinking. and i will challenge anyone who says that this is weaker than using DOM.
They are just factory adhesive stick ons from GM. im not sure if the sun has baked them on or what but they stay on surprisingly well.
