I'm not a fan. I've been through a few 6L90 transmissions prematurely. My father had a rebuilt motor in his work truck that started burning lots of oil early on. Warranties are great, but the downtime gets old fast, especially if it's a work vehicle.
I have heard lots of positive opinions from others. I would also think they've had enough time to perfect rebuilding a 350/300.

Sadly that shop is gone now. We had a 366 from a Kodiak work truck rebuilt for $3800 a couple month's ago

I figured as much. I went to a crawfish boil Saturday and was talking with a friend who owns king machine shop in pascagoula and was asking about maybe rebuilding the 350 i took out of the k5. He said just ls swap it
