Exterior Door Trim removal on 07 Silverado

I would like to remove the body color trim on the doors of my 07, is it adhesive backed only, or does the door have holes in it and clips holding it on? Also, what's the most effective way to remove the "LT" badges on the C-pillars and Silverado emblem on the tailgate? Low heat and peel? Thanks...

Little heat from a heat gun is all it should take. They should just be held with double sided tape.

Did the emblems last weekend. Going to wait until summer to remove the door trim, when I can let the thing get nice and warm out in the sun and then peel em off. Supposed to be easier that way.
