Extra-cab Crew Cab

See if the factory spitoon is still there. Should be brass wide mouth with quick relese mounts on the trans tunnel. Holly big hood scoop! You can sell the wing to a ricer and make your money back.

All joking aside I too see the potential. Makes me wish I coulda started with that on my 4 door build.

Oh my god ... there is something wrong with me, 'cuz I look at that and think about all the cool stuff I could do with it. :haha: It's a sickness!

Be a hell of a big project to get that thing roadworthy again, but it'd be worth it. That would make a sweet towrig ... as you say, that just SCREAMS Cummins, and honestly, I say dual (i.e. tandem) rear axle. You'd have to modify the flatbed ... prolly best to use the flatbed on something or sell it, and make a new one ... lordie how these things snowball! :D

And that hood scoop has to go; I mean, you CAN'T be able to see around it, plus I think it could swallow a Hyundai!

In the posting-crazy-pix vein and since I mentioned tandem axles, here's an Ebay gem, a ~1980 C30 that somebody linked here. Crappy pix, and the truck is beat to hell, but it's another one of those  things =))

MY current V3500 Crew cab had the same running boards on it before I bought it.

The extended CC I am looking to buy, has already had the rear seat moved back for extra leg room too. It does not have the small rear jump seats. Yes I am thinking Cummins, 19.5's, & 4wd conv.

I have lots of ideas spinning in my head for it, but the guy has not told me he will sell it yet. I have talked to him twice & both times he just said he would sleep on it.

Dremu, you are defently right about taking a lot of work to get it on the road. It is pretty far gone. Because of the nature of the truck I feel like it is worth doing. I hope he will decide to sell it.

I don't think I will keep the pro-mod hood scoop, but the chrome wing & sun-visor is growing on me.

Anybody notice the monster ass hood ornament in front of the scoop? Looks like a swan.

About the wing, to buy that new would cost you between $800-$1200. I have one only I think its much bigger. Id bet you could get $500 out of it pretty easy if you took it off and polished it up. By the way they are HEAVY
