Fallguy's Truck Video

I loved the Fall Guy when I was a kid! Look closely at the truck that's jumping at about 1:22 of the video. It's a Matchbox or Hotwheels car. You can tell by the wheels. I had that exact toy.

This video kind of inspires me to go out and drive like a stuntman. Only my health and limited budget and regard for public safety are stopping me right now.

Yeah, i watched this as a kid, too. This was when my dream of owning a K5 started! Well, 20years later I've got mine...

In Europe, the TV series were called (translated) "A Colt for all needs"

Fall Guy Truck

I'm currently building a Fall Guy Truck Replica, full frame off restoration. So far all I have had trouble tracking down is the original paint codes for the 1982 truck. Have looked and asked everywhere and can not get the right answer. I've been told it was dark brown and tan but the correct color in the middle is some type of metallic gold. I've checked with GM and the gold they give me is not quite right. If any of you fans know the actual paint codes shoot me a PM (please do not tell me to Google or give me the description from a Google search, been there done that too many times!). Even if someone knows the name of the company or person who put the TV trucks together would help. I would greatly appreciate it as I am close to finishing the truck and have searched endlessly with no results. Nice to see I'm not the only one who loved the truck!

ME TOO! Gotta love the axle snappage at 4:28 after taking out a transformer.

I seen on pirate there is a thread of a school building a replica or the fall guy truck. Look in the chevy section, they should have the paint codes for you...

Really makes wish my axles were at least part trussed so i could get down with some of that

I don't know how to make the big red letters either, but I did realize that the same video was on here a couple of weeks ago. It's still cool though.

i think there was a limited edition fall truck that gmc built.. or some aftermarket... only a few were built
