We go to superstition mostly....lots of different terrain, scenic views.
Here's my album :

Airing down for sand you should be under 20 front, 15 rear psi...how wide are your wheels? look like about 8"? Lemme know when ya wanna fiddle with your rig.
I occasionally go to superstition but since I have no friends with 4x4 I just take easy paths. I don't want to get stuck with no help. Some cool pictures there. I know I should air down more but I have never got stuck and the ride home would be terrible. My tires are 35/12.5/16.5. I'll definately let you know when my truck is back so we can mess with it. :D

yah prolly wanna stay higher pressures with 16.5s...and now you know someone who can come pull you out :D

I'm in El Cajon and go to Supertitions a lot during the fall-spring season. We should all get together for a trip sometime. I go to Big Bear a lot too. I should have the 383 swap done this weekend, so I can start driving it again!!

YEAH!!!

About dadgum time! My brother and i have been wheeling down here by ouselves for years...i'm stoked to finally run into some cool fellow wheelers! I've got and xtra bedroom and a machine/welding shop for weekend use too :D I just wish it weren't so cursed hot here. we used to go night wheeling in the summer...

I've been to big bear, haven't wheeled there, we usually stay closer to home...i used to go to school by pismo tho...my dodge and i LOVED it. outpulling foolish little 1/2 tons with "built" motors and not much else trying to pull motorhomes...i miss it. my wife is from texas, gott take her (and new baby Benjamin) and show them around this beautiful state soon as the dodge is in better condition and we're not bRoKe....

I just recently went to Cal Poly in SLO, so I have probably seen you around at Pismo. I used to live there on weekends and weekdays when I didn't have too much else to do. I would be fun to get together and do a big wheeling trip at Sanddam sometime, lets all keep in touch!

I was up there couple years ago...white dodge diesel no muffler :D

im in EL Cajon too!! man sounds like we have the begining of a good party :D it shure would be nice instead of soloing Coral Canyon all the time

We all definately need to hook up when the weather is a little more favorable. 110-115 degree weather can't be good for our rigs........

anyone run inkopah? pix in my dodge album. we'll have to do some mountain hot weather runs to escape the heat and meet SD area guys halfway. maybe we'll get a SOUTHERN cali club goin since most people think LA is south, but it's too far for us :D :D

PS How bout those junkyards?

OK....how about putting a run together in the mountains? I know a couple places, any other suggestions? I was thinking In-Ko-Pah or corral canyon...

Well, I got the 383 running...this thing is soooo strong! Now I can meet up with you guys and not be imbarrassed showing up in something other than a Chevy 4x4! All us in El Cajon, we should have a meet and greet and a resturaunt or something...any ideas?? Hope to meet some of you guys soon.

have u tried highway 67 trucks? have a ton of stuff there. seems to be hit and miss though with the prices. if u talk to the boss/manager guy(he has a '72 k5 sweet) he gives better prices.
as far as a meet sounds awsome. ive ran coral canyon a few times but thats about it. weekends are usually always open and some times afternoon weekdays. say when and where!! :D im there

I just went through El Centro on Saturday. I picked up my new to me 37s from FWP in AZ. Damn was it hot out there.

Yeah...a little bit...i guess. Haha! I laugh when i hear people from other places complaining about heat. I think we're about the hottest after Death Valley. People call it Hell Centro for a reason :D

I can go pretty much any time as well however I am pretty stock. I got the 60 and 14 in the garage but I have run corral canyon before not any hard stuff really still fun though.
