I take that high mileage Valvoline and fill her to the baffle. She purrs like a kitten but likes to leak a little. Its alright tho cause theres more to go around.

Yep...and best part about it...its free!
i have used the stuff for at least for 5 years...my new motor has never seen any other brand or type of oil since i droped it in...no problems at all with it....and add the baldwin 2 q filters and even mo betta

Rotella T in the truck. Mobil 1 in the bike. Haven't had my clutch slip yet in the bike, despite what everyone told me /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

i run castrol high mileage.too bad i cant stop that pesky leak.i lose a quart a week.at least i know my oil is always clean.just have to change the filter every 3000 miles. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

What do you guy think of WIX filters? They seem to be the local speed shops favorite

Wix filters rock...as do Baldwin, Purolator Pure One, Mobil 1...They are all great filters...The Napa Gold oil filters are actually rebranded Wix filters...and since I wourk a Napa, an oil change cost me like $6 /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Irving 15W40 for everything, all seasons, delco or wix filters.

I like Regular Mobil or Chevron oil. I have read quite a few oil test write ups and both of those oils always score in the top. Equal to or better than the higher priced oils like Valvoline and Castrol. Wall Mart usually has Chevron or Mobil 10 -30 for 1.10 a quart. Why Pay More?
Wall marts Tech 2000 oil filters are pretty good too. Made by Champion. Maby not as good as AC Delco, but a heck of a lot better than a POS Fram. Cheaper too
