Fitech troubles (maybe)

I think the torque management is the Achilles heel of a 5.3. I've seen plenty of dyno vids with near stock to heavily modded 5.3's and the numbers are there, even down low where the LS allegedly has no torque. The TM from GM is just brutal though. Factor in the transmission tune...just brutal. At 36 months I'm buying a tuner for my 2017.

If I were doing another LS swap, I would consider full aftermarket like the Dominator from Holley (Sorry Brett, I can see you cringing from here lol)

and fyi edelbrock has ls systems also :zombie5:

and i am not saying all holley stuff is bad . . . or even all snipers but i just know i got 1 rotten lemon in the unit i got and customer service was one hell of a ride .

i Guess when the button on the bottom of the coil popped it took out coil, ignition module and the wire in the distributor. tried to do an ohms reading and got nothing out the wire from the ignition module to the cap
so i ordered some
