Fitting in the Garage

2 inch body lift and 33s no problem... when i took my 6inch suspension lift off i had to put the stock tires back on and let the air out

3" TC lift, 1" body lift, 1 tons and 37's. I rub the rubber seal going in and out of a 7' door aired up.

Mine fits fine in the 10 x10 at the shop. No way at the house, also no room wife's subarban and my crew cab get parked in there. Had it made 30' deep just for them to fit with plenty of room, didn't think to have them make it taller back then.:doah:

I've got a 4" spring lift + 3" body lift and 35s. My Blazer BARELY fits. I think I might not fit once I get new tires (same size I'm running now), my tread is pretty low now. I think I'll have to let some air out to get it in, but mine does barely fit now. Oh, and I've got a 6'11" clearing of my doorway.
And I'm very appreciative of it cause I just leave my top off and park it in the garage.
That top is just too damn heavy. Trying to get a soft top now.

Anyways enough of my rambling.
Old pic, but you get the idea...

i like that brushguard, the uprights look really wide, any idea of the brand name? hijack off...

My truck clears a 7' garage by 7"

I do remember the days of having to air down the tires just a bit to fit in the garage

What's funny is when somebody doesn't think of this ahead of time, installs the lift in their garage and then can't get out.

Wasn't there a thread like that on here years ago? More of a "look what stupid thing I did" thread than anything else. Guy put a 6" lift on and the tires and because the springs hadn't settled he couldn't get it out of the garage without getting his 31" tires back on the truck.

After dropping down to 35's I can fit.... but only if I air down the tires and both my dad and I get in. :)

The rubber weather strip around the garage door squeaks on my roof on the way in. ;)

Standars cab truck with 6" lift, 38's on the back and 16"rims with small tires completely deflated on front to fit in my old garage and I still had to puch the door up another inch to keep from crushing the cab lights.
