Flex Radiator hoses

I've also used solid stainless pipe with rubber couplers. You can make the couplers out of other hoses with 90 degree bends at the end and cut off what you need.

I didn't get a chance to post up a picture yet...
but those look to be the same brackets and pulleys that I installed....just imagine the alternator bracket and alternator bolted up to the driver side cylinder head along with a short style water pump....the alternator mounts outboard of the valve cover...
and due to the swap, the radiator inlet tube is exactly where the alternator pulley is at.

I got to thinking about it today, and I think with a 2" longer belt the alternator will lay down a little bit more, plus drop the the angle of the serp belt as the centerline of the alternator pulley drops...may gain some clearance that way also....

Cant you mount the alternator on the passenger side like mine? I know you'd new brackets but they are cheap on ebay. Or is there something else there?

just spent 500.00 bucks on March pulleys and brackets to convert to serp belt setup to get away from the v-belts and cheap header mount bracket that was on the engine..
I have to stick with a short water pump due to the swap into the LUV....there isn't much room between the engine and the radiator..
