I got a TBI 350 that was mated to a TH350 tranny, will the plexplate work with my 700r4? Thanks

You just need to make sure the bolt pattern for the convertor is the same as what is on your flexplate. Some flexplates have a dual pattern and it will work for sure.

oops probably should have done that before I put the new engine in

you should be fine with that flex plate
Did the engine come from a truck or car? IIRC the cars used the small 153 tooth flexplate and they use a smaller bolt pattern for the convertor so it will not work. If the engine came from a truck then it should have the 168 tooth flexplate and should also have the larger bolt pattern for the convertor in which case it will work.
