well, here's the run down. i have reached a spot in my life where i need some cash, and i need to sell a couple toys, i love this truck, but have other obligations i have to take care of.

i will sell it as it sits for 3300, or for 4500 i will include some badass parts, including:

BBC(just rebuilt, edelbrock cam, double chain setup, and ALL TBI stuff included)

241 w/ jb conversions sye installed and two different input shafts so you can run it behind any trans.

driveshaft off of 2003 superduty(front)PERFECT SHAPE to run behind the sye case. its a cv shaft.

1 set of zero rates(brand new)

clocking ring to clock case down.

SPARE SET OF WARN LOCKOUTS

Roller tires(4) very little dry-rot.

anyways, here's the posting from my craigslist ad:

i have a clean FL title in hand. the transfer case in it now(241) has a crack in it, but still works great, just leaks fluid.

specs:

1990 GMC JIMMY has 215k miles on body, but all drivetrain has been replaced.
power windoes, locks, tilt, a/c works but leaks freon
350 TBI(fuel injection)
700r4 (shifts perfect)
NP 241
Dana 60
14bolt FF w DETROIT LOCKER
4.56 gears and detroit in the 14FF
New brake calipers up front
SKY OFFROAD crossover steering with 2wd steering box
Shackle flip out back with 4 in blocks
12in superlift springs up front
extended brake lines in front and rear
44 TSL's on 16.5x12 wheels
cd player
aftermarket tach

what it needs:
rear shocks
driveshafts built, have stockers (rear works for now so you can drive it at my house or pull it up on a trailer.
tires if it's gonna be daily driven

the truck fires right up everytime and can be driven now, but the rear driveshaft is too short, so it needs to be trailered/towed to wherever your taking it. the tires have about 30percent on the rear, and about 10percent up front. the whole front end was just gone through including king pins/bearings/lockouts/calipers,etc. has warn lockouts.
the crossover steering is brand new and has zero miles on it. the truck needs very little to be daily driven or mudded like a champ.

truck will have to be trailered/towed away.

truck has no front bumper b/c i was going to make one, but i have to get the truck out of my driveway b/c we got another car and need the parking spot.
the truck does have some rust, but not a whole lot...it would be an easy fix since all the rust is in the "two-tone" part of the truck, so you would not have to paint the whole truck.
