flywheel question?

will a manual trans flywheel from a 250-6 banger bolt onto a 350,and if so does it need to be re-balanced? it is a '79 engine w/a m20 trans.

'79 K-5,D-44HD(8-bolt),14 bolt(FF),4.09 ratio,427 rat,auto,38" rubber,currently taking body off frame

You might call the dealership and have them cross the #'s to see if they are the same.
