I just pulled what is left of a locking gas cap that was stuck down Wimpy's filler neck.



There was a post a while back where this guy had problems with slow filling and someone said that the ONLY thing that could cause slow filling would be a blocked vent line.

Well here's somethin that would disprove that declaritive statement.

Besides, if'n ya think about it for a second this is also a post to broaden the horizons of possible avenues of diagnosis for this particular problem.

I understand there are a bunch of a$$ Bandits on here that think theres one way and thats it. Also lots of backyard tech mixed with new school tech. But it really is disenchanting to read about input that was potencially constructive shot to hell. I would assume if someone was posting about a "slow fuel fill" they checked for obstructions in the tube it self before posting at all.

Not trying to dig on you at all but I'm just tired of the, "hay you were wrong" "it has to be this way" "you have a roll cage and actually use it" Adding smily faces makes it all better Oh I didn't mean it BS, happening around here lately stuff. Its like the only feed back is negitave feed back...

settle down!! He was mearly saying (in a sarcastic tone) that there can actually be more than one way to jam the fill neck. It is a friggin gas fill neck. If you can't figure out how to at least get the gas in your rig than buy an electric from honda
